Privacy Protocol

Core Principle

At the PanAfrican Build Network (PABN), we treat your technical identity and data with the same precision and security as the infrastructure we build. We do not sell your data. We use it solely to facilitate cross-border collaboration and cohort management.

1. Data Collection

We collect information necessary for cohort selection and network management:

  • Identification: Full name and technical identity.
  • Communication: Email address for onboarding and pod synchronization.
  • Professional: Portfolio links, technical roles, and geographical location.
  • Strategic: Your mission alignment statements.

2. How We Use Data

The data harvested from applications is used for:

  • Pod Formation: Assigning you to a balanced technical group.
  • Security Vetting: Ensuring every member meets the network's technical protocols.
  • Technical Synch: Setting up Slack and GitHub workspace permissions.

3. Retention & Deletion

You have the right to disappear. If your application is rejected, we keep your profile for 12 months for future cohort consideration unless you request an immediate purge. Accepted builders' data is retained as part of the active network manifest.

Security Protocol

"All application data is protected by industry-standard encryption protocols. Database access is restricted to verified PABN Administrators only."
