Builder's Commitment
By applying to and joining the PanAfrican Build Network, you agree to uphold our professional protocols, respect the collaborative sanctity of our pods, and commit to the 9-week sprint cycle.
1. Intellectual Property
At PABN, we believe in open building for communal impact.
- Open Source First: Unless otherwise stated in a specific pod brief, all technical solutions developed during a sprint are intended for open-source distribution to benefit the African ecosystem.
- Contribution Identity: You retain recognition for your work, but grant PABN the right to showcase and distribute pod solutions.
2. Professional Conduct
Our network maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
Ghosting your pod colleagues
Misrepresentation of skills
Plagiarism of technical work
Hostile collaborative behavior
3. Termination of Membership
PABN Administrators reserve the right to revoke network access at any time if these terms are violated. Failure to actively participate in your assigned pod will result in automatic removal from current and future cohorts.
Acceptance of Terms
Submitting an application constitutes a formal agreement to these terms. We look forward to building with you.
